Last Wednesday, March 14th, was MVT’s monthly mixer. The Artist Rule the World event was a huge success with 50% off all clothing items in the store, a live DJ and artist, creative vendors, and of course – wine and chocolate covered strawberries made especially by Mary (MVT co-owner).
So what was this event all about? It is about networking, having fun, buying vintage clothing and fashionable finds, and watching performers show their stuff. MVT collaborates with Capsule Barbershop (next door) for this event each month. The barbershop provides the live entertainment, inviting all performers to come sing, rap, or even read poetry. It’s a great way to get exposure! MVT’s staff strive to make sure everyone that attends has a great time and will come back next month. Besides, how can you resist a 50% off sale on vintage items?
