A gloomy day serves for a grungy look. Okay, not really my philosophy, but the gloomy weather and the dirty background kind of complimented the look I was going for. I had a lot of fun with this outfit and I was really excited to finally wear my YMI Jeans (Thanks YMI!). I was on the way to my little brother’s first high school basketball game. Even though they lost, my family and I had a great time watching and we’re looking forward to seeing these freshman ballers improve. I’m looking forward to many more games to come. So, for this outfit post I was going for a comfy, casual look. I can definitely tell you this most represents my style because I like to be comfortable, yet fashionable. I always feel like I lean towards the cute grungy look.

I was excited to get these purple jeans and faded acid wash jean jacket from YMI. I have not owned any purple pants or a jacket like this before and I felt it best represents my style. I like color, textures, patterns and a variety of the like. What I love about these purple jeans is that it is a special “hyper-stretch” material. That’s why they are SUPER comfortable.

Hope you don’t mind my dog, he’s always near me. Hehe. If you’ve been following me on LLL, you should already know that I’m also a sucker for beanies. I’m happy to say that I finally have a black beanie added to my wardrobe. I don’t think I’ve owned a nice black beanie until now.
