Wore this pretty little number to a pre-Grammy event last week! Almost everything is thrifted or heavily altered (I’m the safety-pin and sewing queen). The skirt I’m wearing is actually a regular knee-length skirt and I sewed it to have the little ripples (sorry, I don’t know the correct fashion term), and I also sewed the jacket so that it would have puffed sleeves.
