Last Tuesday, March 5th, I had the pleasure of kick-starting LA Style Week by attending the Los Angeles premiere of the Smithsonian channel’s new TV show, “LA Frock Starz.” The six-episode series follows L.A. vintage maven, Doris Raymond, and the goings-ons at her Los Angeles store, “The Way We Wore” – and the premiere was hosted at the lovely, LACMA (The Los Angeles County Museuem of Art). Since the invitation said, “dress to impress,” I decided to dazzle everyone by wearing my vintage, thrifted pink polka-dot dress and my matching pink suede pumps from Sole Society. I attended with Hazzle and we had an amazing time sampling complimetary drinks from the open bar, drinking mocha lattes, eating cupcakes and playing around at the dress-up photo-booth :)
