I was fortunate enough to cop the last pair at a local Foot Locker in the smallest kid size they had left. I am glad I fit kids’ sizes, but these were definitely still worth a pretty penny. Welcoming this season with the great mamba’s return, I’m beyond stoked to purchase my first pair of Kobe’s. The Kobe 8 system in ‘Pit Viper,’ are just vicious beauties. I’m obsessed with the colors and the light weight of the pair make it even more enticing to play in. I can’t wait to actually test them out on the court, after all, I am trying to get back into the game. The last couple times I played basketball, old memories flashed back and the baller in me craved a new pair to play in.
I released this post late because I actually wanted to write a review of how the shoes felt in action. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to run a couple basketball games with these. Quite honestly, they feel amazing. They are extremely light and I felt like I could run for a long time, which I did. I played three basketball games at the 24-hour-fitness gym with my boyfriend and random guys. It was fun and we were undefeated for three games. If that doesn’t convince you to buy them then I don’t know what else will.
