It’s now officially Fall, but So Cal is still experiencing some OUTRAGEOUS heat waves! I have to show you guys one of my favorite chill outfits. I actually wore this to the Los Angeles County Fair a little while ago. I wasn’t sure if I’d be chilly at night so I went with the retro flannel-around-the-waiste. How are you guys staying cool in this crazy So Cal HOT weather?
