Wait, is this real?! That was my first thought when I saw the image of Nike’s coffee-inspired shoes. As I sipped on my coffee, I stumbled across this article on Eater.com stating that Nike created SB Dunk Low Premiums inspired by Starbucks. OF COURSE, I had to take to LLL of this news. And to be completely honest, I’m not entirely feeling them. The colors are reminiscent of Starbucks’ classic logo colors with the greens, browns, and whites. The brown is swirled with a lighter brown to imitate the look of adding cream to your coffee. They go for $100 and can be bought on Premiere.
As much as I LOVE coffee, I probably wouldn’t rock these. The only exception would be if I was a Starbucks Barista and wanted to coordinate my work attire with my shoes. If they were gifted to me, I’d probably also reconsider. Hey! Nikes are still Nikes and after all I AM an enthusiastic coffee lover. Pssst..ps. My birthday is coming up this Sunday. (; Lol.
Would you rock these?
